SHARE YOUR STORY

This template provides Air Force ICBM missile community members and their families an opportunity to explain their diagnoses (cancer or other disease, illness, or disorder) and/or toxic exposure experiences related to ICBMs. These narratives will be helpful to other community members as well as organizations researching these diagnoses and their potential connection to ICBM-related toxic exposures.

We encourage you to share your story, the story of a friend, teammate, or family member. These narratives are being gathered by the Torchlight Initiative, a non-DoD affiliated, non-profit organization committed to the accountability and support of those affected by toxic exposures and other environmental factors. See Jason or Danny’s story for an example of the narrative provided.

The narratives may be provided to an investigating or academic organization for further research.
